I can't make myself eat something I don't like. And I don't like a lot of stuff. Almost all cooked vegetables I hate. All beans i hate. Mexican food, coconut, dark chocolate, deviled eggs, anything with mayo, most fish, okra, all ice cream flavors except vanilla, 99% of all dips, onions and peppers,... I like the kind of stuff a 5 year old would like. Lol

you are not supposed to put the egg, scallons after you cooked the congee, before you cook the congee you can add shredded ginger, scallions and the century egg and some dried scallops if you can find some. after cooking then you serve in a bowl

Just the fact that Chris picked up what the dish was freaks me out. I could have tasted, smelled, touched and seen the dish and never would have come even close to what Chris has done with just three of his senses . He clearly had a recipe for that dish somewhere in his mind. To pick up certain spices and then go shopping like you knew what the F you were making is insane in itself. Awesome Chris , you amaze me everytime you create a dish based on taste touch and smell . other worldly is what Chris is when it comes to the culinary arts.
