I could have tasted, smelled, touched and seen the dish and never would have come even close to what Chris has done with just three of his senses . He clearly had a recipe for that dish somewhere in his mind. To pick up certain spices and then go shopping like you knew what the F you were making is insane in itself. Awesome Chris , you amaze me everytime you create a dish based on taste touch and smell . other worldly is what Chris is when it comes to the culinary arts.
